A Special Note for IE Usersclose windowprint window

For users of Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) 6.0, a bug has been identified that will cause a "Warning:  Page has expired" error when the user hits the "Back" button.  This problem may be fixed by completing the following steps:

  1. Upgrade to Internet Explorer (IE) 6.0 Service Pack 1.  Use this link to obtain the download.
  2. Delete your Temporary Internet Files:
    1. Click the Tools > Internet Options link from your menu.
    2. Click the "Delete Files" button under "Temporary Internet Files"
